Add or Remove Users

Add or remove users from your Routera account

Users can only be added to your Routera account by users with admin permission settings. There is no limit to the amount of users on your account, and users can be included in lead distributions across all your platforms. 

In order to invite new users to your account, simply:

  • Navigate to Settings by clicking on the gear icon on the main navigation
  • Select Users on the left menu
  • Click Add User on the right-hand side
    • Or click Import users from CRM if you have integrated with HubSpot
    • Then select the users from your CRM and click import
  • Enter the user's Email, First Name and Last Name
  • Click Add User
