Set User Capacities

Capacities limits the number of leads a user can receive each day. This ensures a clean sales queue and allows you to scientifically scale your sales team by understanding your lead generation and sales capacity planning.

To set a capacity for a user:

  • Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the gear icon
  • Click on the Capacities icon on the left menu
  • Select the capacity for contacts or deals
  • Turn on the status to add the selected cap the user
