Create a conversion

Conversions are points within the customer journey that you want to track from a user or router level. This may be a conversion that the contact or deal has been quoted or closed won.

To create a conversion:

  • Navigate to Conversions on the main menu
  • Click "Create Conversion"
  • Select the Conversion Goal
    • Select the field that needs to be met for the conversion goal to occur. This could be lead status or deal stage
