Add or Remove Users from Routers

Edit the list of users on your router to quickly add or remove people from a rotation.

Users, including sales and service reps, can easily be added to lead routers. Users need to be first added to the account. Learn how to add users to Routera here. 

  • Navigate to Routers on the main navigation
  • Select a Router to edit
  • Navigate to Users on the  Router menu
  • Select the new user you would like to add
  • Navigate to Review & Publish
  • Click Save & Publish
